St Joan by George Bernard Shaw

French for the French, England for the English

Join us and listen to a newly edited version of Shaw’s St Joan: either live, on YouTube, or download to listen on your favourite podcast app. Performed in three parts with a short interval between each one, we’ve gathered a talented cast and crew to bring this twentieth century classic to our audience.

Saint Joan addresses ideas of identity and power that are as fresh today as they were vital in the 15th century. A hero: or a heretic, a witch, a useful fool? Even as Joan brings her nation together, forces are conspiring against her.
