The Oxford Theatre Guild is offering Bursaries to enable mature students to take up a place at an accredited drama school which will qualify them to work in the professional theatre.

To be eligible for a OTG Bursary, you should already have been involved in theatre in Oxfordshire and be able to demonstrate your ongoing commitment to contributing in the longer term to helping others in the area via drama workshops or activities within local drama groups.

The Theatre Guild is a charity whose aims include promoting education in all aspects of drama. In addition to offering financial support via a Bursary to full-time students for a year, we encourage members to apply for grants towards the cost of short courses or workshops to widen their knowledge of theatre craft, including acting and directing skills and technical expertise.
